Terms of Service

1. Print Orders & Artwork Proof Approval

By placing an order with Dream Art Printing & Advertising, you agree to review and verify all artwork proofs, dimensions, resolution, and text before authorizing production.

• Clients are responsible for submitting high-resolution artwork (recommended 300 DPI CMYK format with bleed).
• Once an artwork proof is approved or confirmed by the customer, production commences immediately and design alterations cannot be made.

2. Turnaround Times & UAE Delivery

Estimated production times (e.g. 2-3 business days) begin upon final proof approval and payment confirmation.

• Standard free delivery applies to qualifying orders in Dubai. Express dispatch is available across all UAE Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah).
• Delivery schedules are subject to accurate recipient details and access permission for driver personnel.

3. Pricing, VAT & Custom Quotations

All listed prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Federal Decree Law. Custom specification jobs or large-scale signage items are subject to written quotation estimates valid for 30 days.

4. Cancellation & Quality Guarantee Policy

Because print products are custom-manufactured to client specifications, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has commenced. In the rare event of a manufacturing or print quality defect caused by our facility, Dream Art will reprint or replace the affected items promptly upon inspection.
